Posting Rules

Purpose

WV Classroom exists to help educators share lesson plans and request ideas in a respectful, safe, and professional way. All plans and requests are moderated before being made public.

What you may submit

• Original lesson plans, resources, assessments, project ideas, rubrics, presentations, or activity instructions
• Requests for lesson ideas, unit support, classroom activities, and teaching strategies
• Links to resources only if you have the right to share them

What is not allowed

• Hate speech, harassment, threatening language, or abusive content
• Adult/sexual content, violent content, or illegal content
• Personal student information (names, emails, addresses, IEP/504 details, grades, or any identifying data)
• Copyrighted material you do not have permission to share (e.g., purchased workbook PDFs)
• Spam, advertising, or self-promotion unrelated to teaching resources
• Political campaigning or misinformation

Attribution and professional ethics

• If you borrowed/adapted material, give credit (author/source/website/book).
• Do not claim someone else’s work as your own.
• Do not upload content that violates publisher licensing.

Moderation and removal

Submissions may be approved, rejected, edited for formatting, or removed at any time. Moderation decisions are final. Submissions that violate these rules will not be posted publicly.

Please contact the site administrator. We will review reports as soon as possible.
